The Traditional Route is a construction procurement method where a project is completed in three
distinct phases.
1.Design Phase,
2.The Bidding Phase,
3.Construction Phase:
This method separates design and construction responsibilities, with the client managing contracts
individually with the designer and contractor. While it provides clear accountability and detailed design control, it often results in longer timelines and less collaboration between parties.
Design and Build Route
The design-build company manages both the architectural/design phase and the construction phase, ensuring seamless coordination between these stages, avoiding miscommunications and delays.
